Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between nursing college students¡¯ clinical practice stress, satisfaction with clinical practice, and Nursing Professionalism, and to identify related factors. During the data collection period, for one week in August 2021, students in the 3rd and 4th grades of the nursing department of one college located in the K area were conveniently sampled and an online survey was conducted on them. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, independent sample T test, one-batch variance analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 23.0 statistical program. As a result of the study, a significant difference was confirmed in the level of nursing professionalism according to the age and major satisfaction of the subjects, and the motivation to choose nursing. In addition, there was a significant correlation between nursing professionalism, clinical practice stress, and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing college students. Low clinical practice stress increases clinical practice satisfaction and nursing professionalism, and the higher the clinical practice satisfaction, the higher the nursing professionalism.
